Before I ever became a licensed massage therapist, I was already deeply connected to the world of healing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and training as a Reiki practitioner, I was fascinated by the mind-body connection and the unseen forces that shape our reality. I knew, without a doubt, that healing went far beyond the physical—it reached into the emotional, energetic, and spiritual realms.

Yet, despite all my knowledge and training, I still struggled with self-doubt, fear of judgment, and the belief that I had to “prove” my worth before fully stepping into my role as a healer. I questioned whether my gifts were enough. Whether I was enough.

So, I took what felt like the "practical" route—becoming a massage therapist, grounding myself in a hands-on approach to healing. But no matter how much I loved my work, I couldn’t ignore the whispers of my soul. Energy work was calling me back.

The moment I fully surrendered to my true path—embracing Reiki, ThetaHealing, and deep subconscious work—I felt something shift inside me. I stopped waiting for permission to be the healer I was always meant to be.

And everything changed.
